For years I suffered from chronic insomnia and poor sleep habits. I knew sleep was important yet I didn't make it a priority. Instead I ignored my bodies signs of fatigue, relied on coffee and sugary snacks to get me through the day and in the end my health and wellbeing suffered.


Then I found Ayurveda. Something about it clicked with me right away. It changed my life, starting with my sleep habits.
